ETHICS ESG RESPONSIBILITIES
Employees play a key role in supporting the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments. All employees are expected to act responsibly in both office environments and project sites by following the practices below.
Environmental Responsibility (E)
Employees should contribute to reducing the environmental impact of company operations by:

Social Responsibility (S)

- Ensuring personal safety and the safety of colleagues and contractors.
- Respecting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities in the workplace.

Governance & Ethical Conduct (G)
Employees must demonstrate strong ethical behavior and transparency in all business activities by:
- Acting with integrity and honesty in all professional duties.
- Complying with company policies, regulations, and ESG procedures.
- Avoiding conflicts of interest and reporting any unethical behavior.
- Protecting company information and ensuring responsible use of company resources.
