ETHICS ESG RESPONSIBILITIES

Employees play a key role in supporting the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments. All employees are expected to act responsibly in both office environments and project sites by following the practices below.

Environmental Responsibility (E)

Employees should contribute to reducing the environmental impact of company operations by:

  • Using energy, water, and materials responsibly.
  • Minimizing waste and supporting recycling initiatives.
  • Preventing pollution and protecting the surrounding environment on project sites.
  • Following environmental procedures and reporting any environmental incidents or risks.

Social Responsibility (S)

Employees are expected to promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace by:

  • Following all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements at offices and sites.
  • Ensuring personal safety and the safety of colleagues and contractors.
  • Respecting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities in the workplace.
  • Supporting employee wellbeing and maintaining professional conduct with colleagues, clients, and communities.

Governance & Ethical Conduct (G)

Employees must demonstrate strong ethical behavior and transparency in all business activities by:

  • Acting with integrity and honesty in all professional duties.
  • Complying with company policies, regulations, and ESG procedures.
  • Avoiding conflicts of interest and reporting any unethical behavior.
  • Protecting company information and ensuring responsible use of company resources.
